Box Office

The Talanta Stadium Box Office is located at Gate 7 and operates on event days only. For all other days, tickets are available online via our official ticketing partner and through the Talanta Stadium mobile app.

Event-Day Hours

The Gate 7 Box Office opens 3 hours before scheduled doors and remains open until 30 minutes after the event begins.

Pre-Event Pickup

The Gate 10 Box Office is open temporarily on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for ticket pickup, will-call and account inquiries.

What To Bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Kenyan national ID, passport or driver's license)
• The credit card used for purchase (for will-call)
• Order confirmation number

M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard and cash (KSh) accepted at the Box Office.
