2. Tickets & Events

All ticket sales are subject to the terms of the event organiser. Talanta Stadium is the venue and is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement or schedule changes unless caused directly by us.

3. Conduct

Visitors must comply with the Stadium Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests violating our policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos and the "Talanta Stadium" wordmark, is the property of Talanta Stadium Management Ltd. or its licensors.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Talanta Stadium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this Site or attendance at events.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
