We're here to help
Guest Services booths are located at Gates 1, 4, 7 and 10 and are staffed two hours before doors open until one hour after the final whistle. Our team can help with seat upgrades, accessibility requests, lost children, language assistance (English, Swahili, Sheng) and general questions.
